Professional MMA fighter Luke Sanders founded Main Street Fitness in 2019 with the goal of providing functional workouts that both cultivate community and get the job done. 

It is Luke’s goal to ensure clients work hard, and have fun along the way. By utilizing functional movement, Luke emphasizes the benefits of life-long fitness no matter your age or fitness level. Main Street’s multiple types of small classes leverage creative techniques that ensure clients get the results they’re after without getting bored. 

Classes consist of multiple types of high intensity functional movement designed to improve speed and agility, make you stronger, and enhance overall levels of fitness. Every class, you’ll see things like sand bags, ropes, bars, bikes, and boxes that can be used creatively to make you stronger and more mobile.
